Scheduled Export in Channel Product
PlugoSync allows you to schedule the activation of your products at a future date and time. This feature lets you control when your products go live in specific shops. Follow these steps to set it up:
Step 1: Create or Import a Product
Create a new product directly in PlugoSync or import an existing product from another marketplace.
Make sure the product is hidden by toggling the "Show in Marketplace" option to Off.
Step 2: Schedule the Activation
Go to the "Show in Marketplace" section and click on "Schedule Show Time".
Step 3: Set Date and Time
Choose the date and time when you want the product to go live.
Select which shops you want to publish the product to.
Step 4: Confirm and Publish
Once the specified date and time are reached, the product will automatically be published to the selected marketplace(s).
Important Notes:
You can only schedule the product activation for up to 14 days in the future.
If you change your mind, you can easily cancel the scheduled activation at any time before the set date.
By following these steps, you can ensure your products are published exactly when you want them to be.
