Plugo uses your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve our services to support your transactions, including all features on Plugo for both sellers and buyers, across platforms;

• To operate Plugo and manage your service usage;

• To maintain and enhance service performance and address issues affecting user experience;

• To communicate with You through Plugo’s communication channels;

• To monitor and investigate potentially unlawful or policy-violating transactions, and to take preventative action as needed.

 

3.  DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Plugo may disclose your Personal Information to third parties for the following or legally permitted purposes:

• To facilitate transactions between sellers and buyers;

• As required by applicable law, government authorities, or legal processes involving You;

• For account verification;

• To third parties (affiliates, partners, contractors, vendors, and others) as technically necessary to process your transactions, including authentication;

• If You are reasonably suspected of illegal or fraudulent activities or violating Plugo’s Terms of Service or legal regulations;

• With your explicit consent.

• While Plugo takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and device security.

  • Notify affected users within a reasonable timeframe;

• You may request that Plugo rectify your Personal Information in our possession. We may reject your request if You fail to provide documentation proving your authority or if the request lacks sufficient grounds.

5. STORAGE, DELETION, AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Plugo retains your Personal Information solely to support our services, maintain performance, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not sell or rent your Personal Information.

  • If You are no longer a Plugo user but have unresolved obligations, your data may be retained until those obligations are fulfilled.

  • For legal, tax, audit, accounting, or consultancy purposes, relevant data may be retained until such obligations are complete.

• You may request partial or full deletion of your data. However, doing so may limit Plugo's ability to provide services.

• Plugo uses best efforts to secure your data but recognizes that internet transmissions are never fully secure. You acknowledge that Plugo cannot guarantee 100% security and agree to protect your own device and information.

• You are responsible for securing your Plugo account and preventing unauthorized access. Plugo is not liable for disclosures caused by your own negligence.

• Plugo does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of Personal Information submitted by users.

• By using Plugo, You release us from claims, losses, demands, or lawsuits arising from the collection, use, disclosure, storage, deletion, transfer, and/or protection of Personal Information.

• Plugo is not liable for data breaches due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • War;

  • Rebellion;

  • Riots;

  • Fire;

  • Earthquakes;

  • Terrorism;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Flood;

  • Drought;

  • Monetary policy changes.

• In such events, Plugo will notify You within 14 (fourteen) days.
