Team Members

Min is a founder, CEO, and true engineer at heart. Min has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily in online gaming development and e-commerce. Min has founded five startups and sold two companies. Outside Plugo, Min is a technology investor in a variety of areas. Min has flown from Seoul to Jakarta more times than he can remember since 2016, but he is now proud to call Jakarta his second home.

Kei is a senior software engineer and veteran game developer with over 20 years of experience. Kei spent nearly 12 years at EA, where he led teams that produced hits like FIFA Online 2 & 3 and Need for Speed: EDGE. He enjoys coaching and collaborating with software engineers to create the best team culture possible. Kei is a cat dad of three furry kids: Bean, Cong ('bean' in Korean), and Dooboo ('tofu' in Korean—which is made from, yes, soybeans).

Sehun has over 20 years of engineering leadership experience. He was the Head of Technology for EA's Asia Studio for 8 years, managing FIFA Online 3. He is now in charge of all Plugo product development, including R&D and tech needs. Outside work, Sehun enjoys spending time with his family and being a fantasy novel connoisseur. He loves Korean historical fantasy but is always eager to try new things—especially if involve slaying a dragon.

Johan has over ten years of experience as a full-stack developer. He previously led the front-end development process at an e-commerce platform. He thrives best in his element: a fast-paced, agile environment where creativity is highly valued. Johan solves problems we didn't know we had in ways we don't understand, as one team member put it in admiration. Besides his codes, he takes two other things very, very seriously: his coffee and his mechanical keyboards.

Izki has over 13 years of experience in account management and sales. Izki worked for Telkomsel, and then Garuda Indonesia for ten years, holding various sales leadership positions. Izki is in charge of managing Plugo's administrative and operational activities across the country, including sales and marketing. When busy running his own bakery with his wife, Izki enjoys spending his weekends cycling around Jakarta with his two little boys.

Namhoon is a seasoned software engineer with over 13 years of experience. He spent half his career at EA, overseeing dozens of server engineers and managing FIFA Online 4’s monthly updates. Namhoon previously worked for a Jakarta-based e-commerce platform, leading an omnichannel development project. He is now on a mission to create Plugo as the most awesome platform for its users. Rumor has it that Namhoon is a serial houseplant killer; he couldn't even keep cacti alive.
