How Disconnect Work
Manual Disconnect
To disconnect your account from PlugoSync, simply click the "Disconnect" button on your account settings page.
Once you confirm about the notice, the disconnection will happen automatically on both the marketplace and PlugoSync.
You might want to use this option if:
You mistakenly merged your products and want to refresh your setup.
You need to reset the integration for troubleshooting purposes.
What Happens When Integration is Disconnected?
When your integration is disconnected, all synced data will be removed from PlugoSync, including:
Stock information: All stock levels will no longer be tracked.
Orders: Your order history will be lost.
Products: All products synced to PlugoSync will be removed.
It's crucial to carefully consider disconnecting your account as this action cannot be undone, and you may lose important data.
