PlugoSync's Stock Page
Once your products are synced to your shops, you can start managing your products, stock, and orders smoothly. Before accessing the Stock Page, ensure your master products are synced across all platforms.
On the Stock Page, you'll see various data points related to your products and variants, including warehouse stock levels and navigation options. Each element is designed to help you manage your stock and variants efficiently. This guide will walk you through the key features and functions available on this page. Stock Calculation
PlugoSync uses a formula to calculate the available stock that can be sold on marketplaces.
On-Hand Stock
The total amount of physical goods in your warehouse.
If the variant is created in PlugoSync, the value starts at 0.
If the variant is imported from a marketplace, the initial stock value is taken from the first shop that carries the variant.
If the variant is merged from other shops, the master product’s on-hand stock will be used.
On-Order Stock
The total amount of items that are currently booked, paid, or shipped.
Once your shops are integrated with PlugoSync and your products are synced, PlugoSync will automatically detect order information and adjust stock accordingly.
Cancelled, returned, and refunded orders will automatically restock if the order number remains the same and it occurs in the marketplace.
Promotional Stock
The total amount of items reserved for promotions created in Shopee.
When creating a promotional feature in Shopee, you may need to reserve some stock exclusively for that promotion, which will automatically decrease warehouse stock.
Promotional stock is automatically adjusted based on the promotion period, Shopee’s verification, and orders during that period. Adjust on-hand stock if additional stock is available for the variant.

The stock available for purchase on marketplaces.
Stock Rule
In PlugoSync, the default mode for stock management is MANUAL DISTRIBUTION, meaning you need to manually update your stock in each marketplace. You can switch to AUTO DISTRIBUTION, where stock for synced product variants is managed automatically by PlugoSync. You can create centralized or percentage-based distribution modes, with more details available in the provided video tutorial.
Easy Navigation
PlugoSync provides several navigation options to help you easily find variant and stock information.
Search: Search by SKU, product name, or variant name to filter the results instantly.
Filter: Use available filters to navigate variant selections.
Distribution Mode: Quickly switch between manual and auto distribution modes for your products.
Connected Channels: Check which products are live on connected channels. This filter shows a union of results for a better overview.
Stock Status: Find products with no stock or oversold status to quickly address stock issues.
Sort: Sort products alphabetically, by stock levels, or by recent updates. PlugoSync sorts by total product quantity.
Select All or Bulk Selection: For convenience, select all items or pick variants individually. The interface is designed to help you easily find and edit the variants you want.
Preference
Customize your Stock Page by adjusting preferences. Hide or show visual aids like unpublished channels, store names, or additional information to simplify navigation.
